The three-axis precision measurement table uses a multi-channel laser interferometer as a position feedback device to achieve sub micron level positioning feedback control, with a measurement uncertainty U=0.5 μ m+0.5X10-6L (L is meters). It can quickly and accurately detect the dimensions, shapes, and positional tolerances of various shaped components. Placed in the laboratory, quickly set up an experimental system for precision measurement in product design, precision component measurement, quantity traceability, mold testing and other application scenarios.  

Main Function:

1. Positioning function: through the control of the three-axis measurement table, can achieve precise positioning of objects in three-dimensional space;

2. Translation function: The three-axis measurement table can perform translation control in three directions, thereby achieving the translation of objects in space.
