Customer visiting Comparator for the Calibration of levelling Staff

The LSS-2 Horizontal Comparator for the Calibration of levelling Staff uses a laser interferometer composed of a stable frequency helium neon laser with a wavelength of 0.6328um as the standard, collects the levelling staff lines with a digital camera, and is equipped with a mechanical system, computer, and related software to detect the subdivision accuracy of the leveling staff. The laser interferometer and the tested leveling staff are arranged according to the Abbe principle. Measurement uncertainty U=0.5 μ m+0.5 × 10-6L (L in meters), reaching the international advanced level.

This device can automatically detect quasi dynamic images of various encoded barcode staff and equidistant line staff. When detecting, only the barcode or line edge being detected needs to be within the aiming field of view, without the need for precise alignment of the line edge. The measurement speed is fast and not limited by the width of the line interval. The measurement system is stable, reliable, and easy to operate.
