ZDS-2 Zero adjustment device for a pair of leveling staff mainly consists of a granite platform, a leveling staff placement component, a zero point base component, a linear sliding rail component, a composite microscope component, etc., equipped with a CCD image acquisition system, a measurement and control system, and software. During detection, an optical system is used to simultaneously image the same dividing lines on a pair of leveling staff arranged side by side in the composite microscope.

ZDS-2 Zero adjustment device for a pair of leveling staff mainly consists of a granite platform, a leveling staff placement component, a zero point base component, a linear sliding rail component, a composite microscope component, etc., equipped with a CCD image acquisition system, a measurement and control system, and software. During detection, an optical system is used to simultaneously image the same dividing lines on a pair of leveling staff arranged side by side in the composite microscope. The image processing calculates the position difference between the two reference stripe rows to achieve the detection of the zero point difference of a composite leveling staff. Solved the shortcomings of the current national verification regulations, such as complex operation, low detection efficiency, and possible measurement errors introduced by the level itself. The biggest advantage of this device is the zero point adjustment. According to current measurement standards, if the difference between the zero points of a pair of leveling rods exceeds the limit, it needs to be calibrated and closed before it can be used. The original detection method can only use progressive adjustment, and after adjustment, retest until the limit is reached. When using a combination type zero point difference detection device for leveling, the calibration result can be directly seen, and the calibration is completed in one go.
