Indoor Comparator for the Calibration of long length mainly consists of a granite (marble) platform, air floating guide rail, laser interferometer, gas source, CCD image acquisition system, environmental parameter acquisition system, measurement and control system and software, and other auxiliary measurement devices. This device uses a laser interferometer as a position feedback sensor, which can achieve micrometer level fast (m/s) positioning, with an effective measurement range of not less than 80m.
