Horizontal Comparator for Calibration of levelling Staff

The LSS-2 Horizontal Comparator for Calibration of levelling Staff uses a laser interferometer composed of a stable frequency helium neon laser with a wavelength of 0.6328um as the standard, collects the levelling staff lines with a digital camera, and is equipped with a mechanical system, computer, and related software to detect the subdivision accuracy of the leveling staff. The laser interferometer and the tested leveling staff are arranged according to the Abbe principle. Measurement uncertainty U=0.5 μ m+0.5 × 10-6L (L in meters), reaching the international advanced level.

This device can automatically detect quasi dynamic images of various encoded barcode staff and equidistant line staff. When detecting, only the barcode or line edge being detected needs to be within the aiming field of view, without the need for precise alignment of the line edge. The measurement speed is fast and not limited by the width of the line interval. The measurement system is stable, reliable, and easy to operate.

Main Function：

Equipped with automatic detection, data processing, and report generation functions for the average meter spacing length and subdivision errors of 8 barcode leveling staff, including Leica, Tianbao, Topcon, Sojia, Nanfang, Zhongwei, Bofei, and Su Yiguang, as well as 2 equidistant leveling staff. The supporting measurement and control system software is independently developed by the company, based on the underlying C language and its application development platform, compatible with the Win10 operating system, and has independent controllability:

1. It has the function of automatic collection, compensation, and correction of environmental parameters;

2. It has compatibility with imported laser interferometers for data acquisition and software interface;

3. It has control functions such as manual and automatic switching, fixed-point operation, and continuous operation;

4. Equipped with AI functions such as image acquisition, image processing, and line processing;

5. It has the functions of data recording, automatic generation and printing of reports.

6. The measurement function and software system can be opened up and developed according to customer requirements.
